Established in 1979, we use UK grown hardwoods to bring ideas to life, creating a truly unique space. All of our timber is sawn, seasoned, kiln dried and prepared at our yard in Devon. We only ever buy trees from the UK, giving you peace of mind and full traceability for your project.
We specialise in producing solid wood flooring, joinery material in boards up to 6″ thick, bespoke beams and exterior cladding.
We supply a range of structural components and are able to saw and season bespoke pieces for any project. We’ll work in collaboration with you, offering guidance to help you choose, install and care for your timber.

UK Hardwoods cares for the planet, with sustainability at the very root of our family’s ethos. All our timber is locally sourced from UK-certified woodlands and sustainably milled, seasoned, kiln dried & prepared in our family-run yard in Devon. Wholly traceable, we can tell you the origin of each tree, and then it’s over to you to fill the pages left unwritten and continue the story in the patina of the wood.

Cladding
Our boards for cladding are machined to order. Choose either a planed smooth finish or a rougher ‘sawn’ appearance for a more rustic finish.
